Declarations of conformity

With our declarations of conformity, we prove that the Lobaro GmbH products fulfil the requirements of the relevant EU directives and thus reliably meet both legal and customer expectations.

RoHS Directive

The RoHS Directive (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) regulates the restriction of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. The aim is to reduce the use of harmful substances such as lead, mercury, cadmium or certain flame retardants and thus protect the environment and human health.

We confirm that our products fulfil the requirements of the RoHS Directive and are therefore free from the restricted substances in accordance with the legal limits.

REACH Regulation

The REACH Regulation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) is an EU chemicals regulation that aims to improve the protection of human health and the environment from the risks posed by chemicals. It regulates the registration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction of chemical substances.

We confirm that our products fulfil the requirements of the REACH Regulation and do not contain any of the restricted substances above the legal limits.
