Description

The Lobaro wMBus Concentrator Gateway with external power supply records consumption values within a radius of 800 m - 1,000 m from up to 2,500 commercially available water meters, heat meters, heat cost allocators or similar with 868 MHz wireless M-Bus radio interface or Sensus RF Bubble Up and forwards them encrypted via NB-IoT or LTE-M mobile communications to the internet for regular evaluation. Thanks to the device's external power supply, frequent reading intervals in the minute range are also conceivable, for example for predictive maintenance and early leak detection solutions.

Forwarded counter values can be encrypted in the Lobaro IoT platform and can be viewed there or downloaded as a CSV file.

Our Lobaro platform is necessary for the secure operation of the device and the management of meter data.

Thanks to the new NB-IoT and LTE-M mobile radio technologies, optimised for sensor data, remote reading even works in places where smartphones have poor or no reception.
