Wireless M-Bus telegram decoding

The Lobaro M-Bus parser decodes M-Bus and wireless M-Bus telegrams into easily processable, human-readable JSON. Visualisation of the structured data provides quick insights into telegram content and measured values. In addition to other formats, the M-Bus specification (EN 13757) and in particular the OMS specification are implemented.
