Save the "lobaro-tool" file e.g. to your desktop.

Open "Terminal" and type:

cd ~/desktop
chmod +x lobaro-tool

Open / Start the "lobaro-tool" from desktop via "control + click" . Allow the start. In the future the tool can be opened with a single click.

Download "lobaro-tool.exe" open with double click.
Alternatively download the windows installer and start this.
